Funktionsweise
Pre-made bag stack feeds a vacuum bag-take arm. The bag is rotated to a coder for date/lot, then opened by suction cups. Material is dropped from the 10-head combination scale through a Z-elevator funnel into the open bag in two stages with a jolt between (filling 1 + vibrate, then filling 2 trim). The bag is closed and heat-sealed at two stations (top, then corner) and discharged via the forming station. Igus polymer slide film carries the bag clamps cleanly between stations.
