SED-2000SRB-J 3-in-1 Automatic Liquid/Gel PVA Packing Machine (for 3-chamber liquid pods). Packs and seals detergent liquid into water-soluble PVA film. 16 filling nozzles (nozzle count depends on pod weight; 16 nozzles for max 15 g pods) fill liquid from tank into sealing mould. Functions: automatic film pull, automatic liquid feed, automatic sealing, automatic finished-product extraction. PLC control with heating temperature control unit. All SS304 construction (SS316 customizable at higher cost). Vacuum pump ensures sealing effectiveness. Includes 1.2 m conveyor belt and one 3-chamber liquid mould. Already exported to USA, Spain, Japan. Speed 32 pcs/min (liquid). Max pod weight 15 g. Power 7.0 kW, air 0.6 MPa (customer compressor required), 380V/50Hz/3P (customizable).
