Funktionsweise
Source water is treated by a single-pass RO system and stored in a pure-water tank before use. Ingredients (milk, honey, coffee, sugar syrup) are blended in SUS304 tanks under agitation, then homogenised at up to 60 MPa and degassed under vacuum. The blended beverage is UHT-sterilised at 1 t/h, held in an elevated buffer tank, then filled into cups by the three-in-one filler (rinse, fill, seal) at 2000–3400 cups/h. CIP cleans all tanks and pipelines with hot water, acid, and alkali in sequence.
