Funktionsweise

Single-pressure rotary tablet press. Granular feedstock from hopper enters the turret die holes via a 304 SS force feeder. As the 12-station cast-iron turret rotates, upper and lower punches press the material against a single pair of fixed compression rollers to form tablets. Continuous rotation produces 21,600 tablets/h at 30 rpm. Overload protection device automatically stops the machine when pressure exceeds limit. Touch screen displays rotary table speed in real time. All transmission inside the machine.
