Funktionsweise
The machine performs pre-freezing and sublimation drying in-situ within a rectangular vacuum chamber. Dual cascade compressors cool the shelf (indirect) and condenser (direct) independently. Moisture is sublimated from the frozen product and captured as ice in the cold trap at ≤-70°C under vacuum ≤5 Pa.
