SED-2+2+2S-L multi-channel (2+2+2 = 6-channel) tablet/capsule counter (custom; pairs with other packaging machines). Uses high-dust electronic counting to dose tablets (including odd-shape), hard caps, soft caps (clear/opaque), pills, and other solid items (candy, quail eggs, screws/buttons) into bottles, boxes or bags. Especially suited to larger items. GMP-compliant. Vibratory feed plus patented flap-distribution mechanism handles product without damage. Built-in no-bottle-no-count, self-diagnosis, and multiple detection alarms. Runs fully automatic with upstream/downstream interlocking.
