Funktionsweise
Bottles are fed via a linear conveyor belt. A 2-head peristaltic pump delivers liquid fill with ±1% fill accuracy. Stoppers are fed by electromagnetic vibration and inserted by a robotic arm. Caps are delivered by an electromagnetic vibration feeder and pressed by a pneumatic cylinder. A servo-driven capping head then applies the final seal. The integrated design (bottle organizing + filling + sealing in one frame) provides a compact footprint and reliable bottle handling.
