Funktionsweise
Pulsating-vacuum steam sterilization: after the door is fully closed and pneumatically locked, the water-ring vacuum pump performs initial pulsed vacuum cycles to remove air; saturated steam is injected to reach sterilization temperature (121 °C/134 °C); the vacuum pump continuously drains condensate via a small-cross-section valve, maintaining dynamic temperature uniformity. After the sterilization hold time, the chamber is evacuated for drying. Three standard cycles: Bowie & Dick steam-penetration test (121 °C/10 min), vacuum leak test, and porous-load sterilization (initial pulsed vacuum → sterilization → vacuum drying).
