Funktionsweise
Vibratory bottle sorting → vibratory cap sorting + servo cap gripping and screwing → single-head powder weighing/filling + screw loader replenishment → 1-out-4 roll-film sealing. Each machine has an independent control cabinet and touchscreen; PLC signal interconnection enables fully automatic operation. Material loading, finished-goods discharge, and waste removal require manual operation; all other steps are sensor-automated.
