Funktionsweise

Compressed air (0.8–1.0 MPa, 1.6–2.2 m³/min) accelerates through nozzles in the disc grinding chamber to form supersonic jets. The vibratory feeder doses powder into the grinding zone; particles impact and collide in the air jets to achieve micronization. Fine particles travel with the airstream into the cyclone separator, then into the pulse-jet cartridge dust collector with quick-connect collection drum. Clean air is exhausted. Adjusting air pressure controls the D90 within the 1–20 µm range.
