Funktionsweise
Vibratory bottle organiser embeds round plastic bottles/vials into synchronous-belt carrier modules (2 or N at a time) → carrier belt transports to filling position → microprocessor auto-calculates and controls vibration frequency to dose powder into transition funnel → balance weighs qualified powder and fills vial (under-weight powder diverted to dedicated recovery hopper) → carrier transports to capping position → robotic arm grips cap and screw-caps → finished vials proceed via conveyor to next operation.
