Funktionsweise
Drug solution and gelatin solution are fed separately and simultaneously extruded through the drop-head to form seamless soft-gel capsules by pulse-cutting technology. Capsules are cooled and shaped in a cooling liquid loop without requiring moulds. The system comprises drug-feeding, gelatin-feeding, pulse-cutting, coolant-circulation and refrigeration sub-systems.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Drug solution and gelatin solution are fed separately and simultaneously extruded through the drop-head to form seamless soft-gel capsules by pulse-cutting technology.
