Funktionsweise
The moving fluted disc rotates at 5800 r/min against a fixed fluted disc. Material fed into the gap is reduced by the impact of the cogs and friction between particles. Simultaneously, strong airflow generated in the chamber carries heat and finished product through the screen into the collection bag; dust is extracted to the collection box and filtered by a cloth bag. Crushing fineness is adjusted by changing the screen mesh.

Pre-production: (1) Wipe outer surface with clean wet towel — clean and dust free. (2) Open machine, wipe inside with wet towel — remove dust and dirt. (3) Wipe hopper with clean towel, then wipe again with 75% industrial alcohol — dirt removal and sterilization. Post-shift: (1) Wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel — clean and dust free. (2) Wipe hopper with clean towel, then 75% industrial alcohol — clean, dust free, sterilized. Periodic maintenance: after each use or stoppage, remove rotating drum and clean/brush remaining powder from hopper. If out of service long-term, wipe entire body and coat parts with rust-proof oil; cover with cloth canopy.
