Roll-fed PVC/PE film is heated and thermoformed into pockets; a ceramic-pump or servo-controlled filler dispenses the dosed liquid (no drip / no foam / no overflow); a printer prints the batch number; embossing creates a tear-open notch; tail cutting and slitting separate finished single-dose packets — all 7 stations sequenced by the PLC.
