Funktionsweise
Bottles enter on a wide mesh belt to avoid tipping, get pitch-controlled by a servo star-wheel transition disc, pass through optional tracking air-rinse (retractable suction needle with ion generator), then through 18 servo-tracked piston-pump filling stations (anti-drip needles dive to bottle bottom and rise during fill to prevent foaming). Continue through cap-feed vibratory sorter and 16-head rotary magnetic-torque capping with belt-clamp. No-bottle-no-fill / no-bottle-no-cap detection. CIP/SIP supported via quick-disconnect pump body.
