Funktionsweise
Rotary 16-head flip washer: bottles are indexed onto the carousel via a 15 mm polymer indexing plate; cast-iron drive and pick-up gears (35 mm thick) advance bottles between stations; 304 robotic grippers grip each bottle neck; carousel rotation inverts each bottle mouth-down so a fixed nozzle delivers rinse media into the bottle interior with a drain dwell period; bottles are then flipped back upright and discharged. Main motor 0.75 kW (Weikongte VFD) drives the carousel; lift motor 0.45 kW handles gripper raise/lower. 6 mm tempered glass safety windows allow process monitoring.
