SED-16QX-L — 16-Head

Rotary 16-head bottle rinser: bottles enter on conveyor and are gripped by precision long-life jaws on a rotating carousel. As the carousel revolves, each gripper inverts the bottle (mouth down) and a fixed nozzle delivers either rinse water or sterile compressed air through the dedicated channel; a separator valve precisely meters the rinse pulse and drain interval so the bottle interior is fully cleaned and drained dry. After rinsing the gripper rotates the bottle back upright and discharges it onto the outfeed conveyor. VFD adjusts main motor speed (1.1 kW) for 35-50 bottles/min; an electric lift (0.37 kW) sets the gripper height for the current bottle profile. Limit switches on every motion stop the machine on misalignment or fault.
