Funktionsweise

Loose disposable syringes are loaded into the lifting hopper. The lifter conveys syringes to the sorting zone, then through: detection zone (sensor-based count/orientation verification) → distribution zone → bagging zone (syringes inserted into PE tubular film) → film cassette zone → film conveying/buffering/detection/cutting zone → product conveying/sorting/sealing/counting zone. 14 independent channels process PE tubular film in parallel; each channel has individual on/off switch and color-mark sensor to maximize film utilization. Cold-cut dual-side heat-seal closes each filled bag.

Daily: keep clean, check air pressure for leaks, top up triple-unit lubricating oil. Weekly: grease guide rails / linear sliders and sealing-machine gears.
