Funktionsweise
Liquid material is uniformly coated onto a base film via a comma-blade coating head (3-axis adjustable), then conveyed through a closed hot-air drying oven (zone-controlled temperature, humidity, and solvent concentration via PLC PID control). After drying the finished film is collected on a rewinding unit. The main roller is servo-motor driven; unwind tension is controlled by a magnetic-powder clutch brake. Modular construction allows individual modules to be detached, upgraded, or reconfigured.
Prozessbeschreibung
