Funktionsweise
Tubes drop from a hopper through gravity-adjustable plates onto the chain, where a 6-station Geneva indexer rotates them through stations: color-mark alignment (sensor + cylinder spins tube until eye sees color mark) → filling station (peristaltic pump nozzle descends and fills) → ultrasonic sealing (front + back mold cylinders clench the tail; transducer welds it shut, with adjustable balance via 4 disc screws) → trimming → discharge. Photoelectric / proximity sensors lock out fill and seal when no tube is present.
