Funktionsweise
Empty 5-tube co-extruded strips are auto-fed into the machine, indexed and held; a 5-head pneumatic ceramic plunger pump with anti-drip nozzles fills 1-5 ml per tube to ±0.5%; the strip is then sealed at its tail by an ultrasonic generator (digital auto-tracking, joint-venture transducer, 7075-aluminum mold); the sealed strip is cut and discharged. Photoelectric sensors prevent fill or seal when no tube is present.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Empty 5-tube co-extruded strips are auto-fed into the machine, indexed and held; a 5-head pneumatic ceramic plunger pump with anti-drip nozzles fills 1-5 ml per tube to ±0.5%; the strip is then sealed at its tail by an ultrasonic generator (digital auto-tracking, joint-venture transducer, 7075-aluminum mold); the sealed strip is cut and discharged.
