Funktionsweise
Products/loads are placed on the rotating turntable. As the turntable rotates (0-15 rpm, VFD), the film carriage rises and descends along a vertical column, dispensing pre-stretched LLDPE wrap film to cover the load in helical layers. PLC controls the wrap layer count and number of passes. Photoelectric sensor auto-detects load height. Press-top platen (linear-guide, 20-30 kg) stabilizes the top of the load during wrapping. On completion, turntable auto-resets to home position.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Products/loads are placed on the rotating turntable.
2As the turntable rotates (0-15 rpm, VFD), the film carriage rises and descends along a vertical column, dispensing pre-stretched LLDPE wrap film to cover the load in helical layers.
3PLC controls the wrap layer count and number of passes.
4Photoelectric sensor auto-detects load height.
