Funktionsweise
Material enters the feed inlet and falls into the conical sieve chamber. A rotary knife creates a whirling action and throws granules to the sieve mesh surface by centrifugal force. Particles are produced by the shearing action between the rotary knife and sieve mesh, then discharged through sieve apertures. Particle size is adjustable via sieve mesh number, knife-to-mesh gap, and rotary speed.
