Funktionsweise

Wet granules are loaded into the SUS304 main cylinder. A 5.5 kW (Jiangyin) motor drives the 1000 mm SUS304 rotating disc via belts and pulleys. A 0.75–1.1 kW blower forces air through an annular gap, lifting and suspending the granule bed. A two-fluid spray gun (Shanghai) injects binder or moisture. Under the combined action of air buoyancy, centrifugal force, and gravity, particles undergo continuous circular motion and round into high-sphericity pellets. Peristaltic pump BT00-100 supplies liquid via two 5 L SUS304 tanks. ABB frequency inverters control disc speed and blower speed independently. Siemens PLC+HMI for automation control.

Prozessbeschreibung
