Funktionsweise
i-Pulse print head ejects 60 micron drops at up to 82 dpi onto moving substrates. The head connects via a 3 m flexible umbilical (min bend radius 65 mm) to the controller. A QuickDesign / QuickStep touchscreen UI configures messages; the head auto-cleans without operator intervention. Ink and solvent live in a 825 mL ink + 1200 mL solvent pair of CleanFill cartridges with smart RFID identification (13.56 MHz) and smart liquid-level sensing. Print speeds vary from 5.1 m/s (single line, 5-dot) to 0.4 m/s (single 24-dot QR-friendly line at max resolution).
