Funktionsweise
PVC sheet (0.15-0.5 x 160 mm) is heated and formed into blisters (max 145x110 mm, depth 15-26 mm). Liquid is filled by piston / peristaltic / ceramic pump (5-25 mL nominal, 2 mL low-volume option) through anti-drip nozzles. PTP aluminum or dialysis paper covers the cavities and is heat-sealed. Two SHENPU traction cylinders index the strip; waste edge is auto-trimmed; finished plates die-cut and discharged. Punching 10-35 strokes/min, two plates per stroke (1200-4200 plates/h).
