Funktionsweise
PVC sheet (0.15-0.5 x 160 mm) is heated and formed into blisters (max 145x110 mm, depth 15-26 mm). A piston metering pump fills liquid (5-25 mL, +/-0.5%) through anti-drip nozzles. PTP aluminum or dialysis paper covers the cavities and is heat-sealed (158x110 mm, 800W) using a YISHIDA pressure-boost cylinder. Two SHENPU traction cylinders index the strip; waste edge is auto-trimmed; finished plates are die-cut and discharged. Punching frequency 10-35 strokes/min, two plates per stroke (1200-4200 plates/h).
Prozessbeschreibung
