Funktionsweise
PVC sheet is heated by a small-diameter internal-heating rolling heater that softens the PVC automatically and continuously. A small-diameter suction die simultaneously forms blisters (by vacuum suction through the die) and performs heat sealing in cooperation with the heating die. Changing product size requires only changing this one die, reducing tooling cost. The spanner-operated heat-sealing clutch eliminates the need for a pneumatic system. PTP aluminium foil is heat-sealed over filled blisters; the web is die-cut into standard boards.
