Funktionsweise
Bottles fed by elevator enter the internal storage ring. The top centrifugal disc combs bottles into a reclined state and feeds them into the plastic slanted tray inside. Bottles are inverted by the flip mechanism to mouth-up orientation and exit via air-feed or conveyor to the downstream line. PLC controls full automatic operation with jam detection and automatic restart.
Prozessbeschreibung
