The SED-150FS-H is a universal WF pulverizer designed for GMP-compliant pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and spice processing environments. Wholly constructed of stainless steel, it integrates crushing and dust collection
Funktionsweise
The machine uses high-speed rotating tooth disc knives against fixed knives to impact, shear, and grind materials. Strong airflow generated during crushing carries heat and finished powder through the sieve together. Crushed material enters a collection bag via rotating centrifugal force; dust is filtered and recycled through a bag filter box. Crushing fineness is controlled by selection of different sieves (12–120 mesh).

When replacing screens or washing the shredder, avoid directing water into the motor, fan control box, or bearings. Keep the grinder clean at all times. Use ZL-1 Lithium complex grease for bearing lubrication. Lubrication intervals: intermittent production (8 h/day) every 200 hours; continuous production (8 h/day) every 100 hours; continuous 24 h/day operation every 48 hours. Full machine maintenance every six months.
