Funktionsweise
Tablets in the rotating pan tumble through a controlled spray zone where coating liquid is atomized onto them. Hot air from an inlet fan dries the coating quickly to form a firm, smooth surface film. Pan tilt 15–45°, pan speed 0–20 rpm, controlled by VFD. Liquid is supplied via a heated insulated 60 L tank, peristaltic pump, and twin two-position three-way solenoid valves feeding two large-bore spray guns simultaneously.
