Funktionsweise
Rectangular SUS316 chamber (X-ray inspected, design pressure 0.245 MPa). Internal circulation: circulating pump (NANFANG CHINA CDMF series) + plate heat exchanger (BAODE, 316L) spray hot water via SSC (USA) nozzles distributed at top and side of chamber onto the load. External circulation provides heating/cooling via plate heat exchanger. GEMU (Germany) pneumatic angle valves control water flow; Spirax Sarco (UK) float-ball steam traps control steam. PLC (SIEMENS S7-200) + HMI touchscreen + micro-printer (BRIGHTEK E20) + data recorder (AIRUISI ARS) automate and log sterilization cycles. Multipoint temperature control (JUMO sensors) assures Fo value and sterility. GMP validation port provided.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Rectangular SUS316 chamber (X-ray inspected, design pressure 0.245 MPa).
