Funktionsweise
Servo-driven unwinding with magnetic-powder brake tension control feeds base film. A comma-blade coating head deposits liquid material uniformly on the film. The coated film passes through independently-zoned hot-air drying ovens (centrifugal fan exhaust). Dried film is wound up on the rewind core. Drive and operating areas are sealed by stainless steel panels to prevent cross-contamination.
