Funktionsweise
Glass bottles are conveyed by SUS304 conveyor to the 14-head rinser, then to the 12-station isobaric (balance-pressure) filler that equalises chamber and bottle pressure before filling carbonated liquid (preserves CO2), then to the 6-station capper applying ring-pull (pull-tab) caps. Bundled SED auto cap elevator (6000 caps/h) feeds caps; lamp checker inspects filled bottles.
Prozessbeschreibung
