Funktionsweise
Drug plates or products are conveyed (one or multiple boards per cycle, adjustable); package inserts are automatically folded (1–4 folds, configurable). Cartons are automatically opened and conveyed; drug plates with folded inserts are simultaneously loaded into cartons. Automatic batch number printing, end-flap sealing, and discharge complete the cycle. Servo/stepper motor + Siemens S7-200 PLC + Weintek touchscreen HMI control.
Prozessbeschreibung
