Funktionsweise
Bottles travel on the conveyor to the filling station; Panasonic fibre-optic sensor detects bottle presence (no fill without bottle). Delta PLC controls pneumatic actuators driving 12 piston metering cylinders simultaneously. Peristaltic/piston metering achieves ±1-±2% accuracy. Filled bottles continue to cap sorting → screwing-capping → labelling → output.
