Funktionsweise
Bottles are conveyed to a bottle-positioning stop; 12 filling valves descend simultaneously to the bottle necks. Liquid is supplied from a constant-level/constant-pressure header tank; PLC-controlled solenoid valves open for a set time (time-based fill volume control). After filling, valves close and bottles exit on the conveyor. Conveyor speed is variable-frequency controlled.
