Funktionsweise
An empty 1200 L bin is filled with material at the upstream station. The lifting platform clamps the bin and raises it hydraulically (3 kW hydraulic station, Haimen Shenwei). Once elevated and locked, the 4 kW BONENG gear-motor rotates the bin assembly at 3–8 rpm; the bin axis is inclined so material undergoes combined tumbling and tangential motion, achieving ≥99% mixing uniformity. Proximity and photoelectric sensors confirm bin seating and lock before rotation starts. After the set time (1–59 min), the system decelerates and parks the bin for discharge.
