Funktionsweise
Coating liquid is held in a 12 L bucket above a 6 L heated water jacket. A 1 kW electric heater warms the water; pneumatic stirrer (controlled via a needle valve) keeps the coating liquid uniform. A 60 W constant-flow peristaltic pump pushes liquid through sanitary silicone tubing to an imported atomization spray nozzle that delivers an even, adjustable-width spray onto product in the coating pan. Caster-mounted base allows easy repositioning.
