Funktionsweise
Air-source heat-pump drying. Side-air-out heat-pump unit heats recirculating air which is pushed by six 550 W axial fans through the insulated drying room. Same heat-pump body provides cooling, hold and dehumidification modes. Trolley-mounted SS mesh trays hold the product. Cold-store-style PU-foam panels minimize heat loss. Air ducts connect the side-mounted unit to the room interior.
