Funktionsweise
Air-source heat-pump drying. The high-temperature heat-pump unit warms recirculating air to set temperature; six 550 W axial fans push hot air through the insulated drying room. Same unit can switch to cooling, constant-temperature hold, or dehumidification mode. Product on stainless mesh trays loaded onto wheeled trolleys remains static while air flows around it. Cold-store-style PU-foam panels minimize heat loss.
