SED-12JLGX-L — 12-Head Servo Sauce Filling Production Line

The line follows a continuous flow: bottle unscrambling → washing → drying → sauce agitation and feeding via screw pump → 12-head servo piston filling → steam vacuum capping → air drying → labeling → sleeve shrink labeling → inkjet coding → manual packing. The filling machine uses servo-driven high-precision ball-screw and multi-piston assemblies for accurate volumetric filling. Taiwan Delta PLC and Schneider electrical components control the process precisely. Panasonic photoelectric sensors detect bottle presence (fill only when bottle present).
