Funktionsweise

Tablets in the rotating tilted pan tumble and pass repeatedly through a spray application zone. A peristaltic pump in the heated/insulated liquid supply cart delivers atomized coating solution from the spray gun (driven by 0.4–0.8 MPa compressed air). The cart heats and insulates coating solution at the required temperature while an internal pneumatic stirrer prevents settling. Hot air introduced by the inlet blower with 6 kW electric heaters rapidly dries each coating layer. The cart is mobile on castors and can supply two spray guns simultaneously.
