Funktionsweise
Base film unwinds via pneumatic-shaft master roller with magnetic-particle clutch tension control. The comma-knife coating head spreads the liquid coating to a set thickness on the film. The coated film passes through an internal flat-plate-heated drying tunnel (PID ±3°C, ambient–100°C) with centrifugal exhaust fan. Coated/dried film is rewound onto a servo-driven take-up. Optional lamination station applies a top film with magnetic-particle-clutch tension and pneumatic-cylinder-controlled lamination pressure.
Prozessbeschreibung

3The coated film passes through an internal flat-plate-heated drying tunnel (PID ±3°C, ambient–100°C) with centrifugal exhaust fan.
