Funktionsweise
The machine consists of a leaflet folder, carton-opening mechanism, product conveyor, carton magazine, pressing mechanism, product-push-into-carton mechanism, batch-number printing station, carton tongue-tucking/inserting mechanism, drive system, detection system, control system, and electrical cabinet. Packaging actions are driven mechanically and coordinated by PLC electrical control. Photoelectric detection combined with mechanical motion performs fill-level checking and forced waste rejection to guarantee finished-product quality.
