Funktionsweise
Green coffee beans are loaded into the solid 310S stainless steel drum; a variable-frequency motor drives drum rotation; dual-layer stirring blades tumble the beans. A patented burner grate burns natural gas at the base with well-designed airflow to heat the drum. High-temperature exhaust fan continuously draws out smoke and detached chaff, collected by cyclone dust collector into dust bin. When roasting is complete, beans are discharged into the cooling tray, where cooling stirrer and two cooling fans rapidly lower temperature. High-temperature observation window and sampling handle allow real-time monitoring. Automatic ignition/flame detection and emergency manual crank ensure safety.
