Funktionsweise
Web-fed flexographic press: paper unwind → EPC web-edge correction → magnetic-brake auto tension → 4 print stations (each with ceramic anilox roller, doctor blade, resin/rubber plate cylinder, and ink pump) → inter-colour and final hot-air drying → cold-air station → rewind. Printing cylinders are hydraulically raised/lowered automatically on stop/start. Helical gear + synchronous belt transmission between print roller and anilox roller.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Web-fed flexographic press: paper unwind → EPC web-edge correction → magnetic-brake auto tension → 4 print stations (each with ceramic anilox roller, doctor blade, resin/rubber plate cylinder, and ink pump) → inter-colour and final hot-air drying → cold-air station → rewind.
