Funktionsweise
Tracking fill: 12 fill needles ride the same servo carousel as bottles; needles dive into bottle at matching speed and retract after dosing — continuous flow without stopping. Stepper-motor-controlled adjustable suck-back prevents drip. Screw cap: 8 heads with mechanical mold clamping + bottle-grip device (anti-spin for round bottles). 316L SS distributor with quick-clamp interface. Siemens HMI touchscreen adjusts fill volume; remote jogging for setup. Three-level password protection; color fault display.
