Funktionsweise

Synchronous belt bottle separation ensures accurate positioning; synchronous tracking technology delivers high efficiency, precision, and speed. 12 sets of 316L SS plunger pumps fill in unison — adjustable group-wide or per-pump. Closed storage tank uses float ball + two proximity switches + seat valve for automatic top-up (refilling active when power on, stopped when power off). Cap placement uses gripper mechanism (no-bottle/no-cap interlock). Capping uses adjustable-torque head with auto-slip for consistent tightness. Optional aluminum tamper-evident cap crimping head (4-knife: 2 sealing, 2 thread-rolling).
