The SED-110LXSL Spiral Lifter is an auxiliary feeder for hard capsule filling lines. It automatically conveys materials (capsules, granules) from a hopper up to the inlet of a filling machine, eliminating manual lifting
Funktionsweise
A feeding motor drives the screw inside the Φ110mm lifting tube to rotate, continuously conveying materials upward 2 meters from the bottom hopper to the filling machine inlet. A vibration motor simultaneously shakes the 180L hopper to prevent bridging at the bottom, ensuring a smooth, continuous material supply. The screw can reverse to discharge residual materials; a discharge gate at the tube bottom allows easy emptying. Maximum lifting capacity 3 m³/h. Lifting angle: standard 45°, customizable within 30–60°.
